Refund Policy
Subscription Fee Refund
The Subscription Membership fee can be refunded within 15 days of your purchase if you have not availed any offer.
Once you have availed any offer or redeemed any coupon offered in the plan, the Subscription Membership Fee cannot be refunded.
After 15 days or once you have availed an offer, whichever is earlier, the membership fee is non-refundable
If 15 days have gone by since the purchase of your membership plan, we can’t offer you a refund or cancellation, even if you have not availed any offers.
Refunds
Once your request for refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return/ Exchange/ Refund of Products and Services Bought On Third-Party Sites
For all purchases made from third-party site while availing offers or redeeming coupons, the Refund, Exchange and Refund and other Policies of that site/ brand would be applicable. You should contact them directly. We will have no obligations, responsibility, or role in the matter.
